If you receive an error when opening a PDF stating that the file is damaged and cannot be repaired, it is more likely that the file was damaged before it was sent over to our system. We can check the status of the PDF files on our server to see if it is in an accessible state and provide the files firsthand

To have us check, please reach out to Blackbaud Customer Support at 877-704-3343 between Monday and Friday, 8:30am-8:00pm EST or create a case in CaseCentral.

Please provide the following information:
Site ID (SID)
Application ID
Attachment File name that is giving the error


We will then advise if you must then reach out to your applicant to have them send the files to you directly if the files are damaged on our end as well.
