Error: Unable to determine the application user from the selected user- when clicking on username in Domain Users

After switching to Single Sign On in Altru, you may receive the error, "Unable to determine the application user from the selected user," when clicking on Altru username.
To manage Altru accounts after moving to single sign on, you will use the below steps:
  1. Navigate to Administration>Application Users
  2. Click on username

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Navigate to Administration> Organizational Units
  2. Click on user who has moved to single sign on and receive error
