Emails sign up form or mini donation form overwrites stylesheets

When using the email sign up form or the mini donation form, you notice that some of the site's styles(font, font-size, background color, etc.) are not retained once the part is inserted and viewed on the site.

We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

As a work-around your .CSS file(s) will need to be updated so that it targets the appropriate class or ids used in the design of the form.

The mini donation form was developed with the Sky API in mind.

For example, if you have a custom font specified in your stylesheet the mini donation form may not retain the custom font style when viewing the page

This is because the mini donation form uses these classes to apply styling to some parts of the mini donation form. This list is not exhaustive, it is only a sample, we recommend having an experienced web  developer review the page/part and update the CSS accordingly.
