Billing thresholds only count "valid" constituents records, meaning they are able to be emailed. What qualifies as a valid email address shown on the Group Summary Information page? To check the amount of valid addresses you have in your site, follow these steps:
  1. Select Constituent360 > Groups
  2. Search Any Registered User
  3. Click Edit
  4. Under Group Summary, look for the number next to "The number of users with valid email"
    • This is the number that will be used for billing purposes
