When using a COER part that allows additional donations, one may notice any pre-existing additional amounts cannot be added correctly.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. In BBIS, create a COER part. On the Donation options tab, be sure to select the "Allow additional donations" checkbox. Include two amounts of your choosing and also select the "Include other amount" checkbox. 2. Apply the part to a page. 3. Navigate to the page you just applied the COER part to. 4. If not already in "view" mode, click the "View page" button. 5. Select the ticket amount > Click Next. Select the attendee > Click Next. 6. The Additional Donation window pops up. 7. In the Additional Donation window, select either of the pre-existing amounts and click Add. Notice nothing happens. 8. If you enter a different amount and click add or select the No thank you button, the window closes as it should.
