Raiser's Edge Hangs When Sending Conditional eReceipts

After upgrading to Raiser's Edge 7.96, patch 5, some users may find that eReceipts freeze when processing in The Raiser's Edge. They never complete and some recipients don't receive emails. 

Printing or previewing paper receipts with conditional mailings or eReceipts with a simple mailing complete without a problem. 

As of June 2018, this issue no longer occurs in The Raiser's Edge 7.96, patch 8. If your database is installed locally, download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.
