Users may receive a similar error when attempting to print submissions for School Forms.

This can occur when a user who does not have access rights to report on school forms attempts to print the submissions. To check the whether or not the user has rights to report on Forms, follow the steps below.
1. Go to Analyze > Reports > Report Admin 2. For the Category select Forms/Commerce > School Forms 3. Select the Roles next to School Form and School Forms - Bulk Print 4. Ensure that the user trying to print the forms has one of the roles listed. If they do not you can either add one of their current roles to the list, provide them with a role that is included, or add the user through the Users.
