When using a bookmark to login to Blackbaud CRM users may get the error : "An error occurred loading this page. If you accessed this page from a bookmark, the bookmarked URL may no longer be valid"
This issue is caused by bad cached data. Please try the following:
1. Close all instances of your browser and attempt logging in again. 2. Clear the cache, then attempt to login to CRM again 3. Delete the existing bookmark you are using and recreate it with the link to CRM and attempt to login to CRM again.
