To troubleshoot the attendance plan.  This example is for a specific employee that has hours worked calculated, that is accruing 4 hours for every 200 hours worked:

1. In Payroll > Records > employees > open the employee record
2. On the Attendance tab, for the View change the drop down to Attendance Plan and click Open
3. On the Attendance and Carryover tab, for the Max Carryover Hours per cycle and Max Total Carryover hours, let's set an astronomical number (e.g., 999,999.00)
    For the Hours accrued per Cycle we will want to enter the number 41.60
4. On the Accrual Methods tab, for the Hours per cycle we will want to enter 2080 (this is representative of the total hours for the Annual cycle)
5. Click Save and Close.
6. On the Attendance tab, for the View change the drop down to Attendance Records
7. Click the Summary button, and select an Attendance accrued through date, did the Vacation Hours accrued hours update appropriately?

Change the Attendance plan in Configuration:

1. In Configuration>Attendance Plans, open the Part-Time Attendance plan
2. On the Attendance and Carryover tab:
     For the Max Carryover Hours per cycle and Max Total Carryover, let's set astronomical number (e.g., 999,999.00)
     For the Hours accrued per Cycle we will want to enter the number 41.60
3. On the Accrual Methods tab:
     For the Hours per cycle we will want to enter 2080 (this is representative of the total hours for the Annual cycle)
