No values show when choosing Import a RE code table for Dropdown List field in Form

When working on a Common, Online Admissions or Online Reenrollment Form, you add a Dropdown List field, from under Field Elements, to the form. Instead of Build my own list, you choose to Import a RE code table. After selecting the desired RE code table, there are no values populated. 
Confirm there are values in the table within The Raiser's Edge
  1. Open the Raiser's Edge
  2. Click Admin
  3. Click Tables
  4. Locate your table and confirm there are values listed
    • Note: if there are values listed here, but they are still not pulling into NetCommunity, see how many values are listed. If the values are not pulling into NetCommunity, it could indicate there are too many values to pull it.  There is not hard a limit on how many values are allowed, it depends on the data within the table.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. While logged into the NetCommunity website, navigate to Site Explorer>Forms
  2. Click the pencil icon next to the form you want to edit
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the drodown list field on your form
  4. From the dropdown, select Import a RE code table
  5. Select your code table from the next dropdown
  6. Note: no values populate
