You may experience the error message: Error: exception file [file name.csv] already exists. Would you like to overwrite the file? when importing invoices or validating an import. If you click Yes to overwrite the exception file you may receive the error: file already open.
1. In Administration, Import records, open the import parameter. 2. On the 4:Options/Summary tab, for the option, Create exception file of records nowt updated/imported, type in a different file name for the exception file. 4. Click Save. 5. Click Validate Now or Import Now.
