Event prices in Online Express form do not update automatically after updating event prices in event record

Users may experience that after updating the prices of an event ticket in the event record, the Online Express form on the website does not reflect these changes.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Save an event in Online Express with a set ticket price
  2. Edit the event and change the ticket price to a different number
  3. Check the form and see the price did not update
  4. Edit the Online Express event form to force the re-synch
  5. Observe after opening the form the price is correct
  6. Save and close the form
  7. Open the event page on the website now and observe price is updated
