​The Zip Code Report cannot be grouped or filtered by price type, but we can use a sales order query to gather this information.

Begin your query:
  1. Navigate to Analysis, then Information Library
  2. Click Add an ad-hoc query
  3. Select the source view of Sales Order and click OK

Add fields to Include records where:
  1. If looking for a particular time frame: In the left column, select Sales Orders. From the middle column, drag Order complete date into Include records where. Set Equal to or between your date range.
  2. If you are only looking for certain zip codes: From the same middle column, drag ZIP into Include records where. Set Equal to, between, or one of and put in the ZIP codes you wish to include. 
  3. To see ticket sales from certain programs: In the left column, expand Sales Order Item, expand Sales Order Item Ticket, and select Program. From the middle column, drag Program record into Include records where. Set Equal to your program choice.
    • Note: You can also choose "one of" if you are looking to see multiple programs.

Add fields to Results fields to display:
  1. Within Results fields to display, highlight Lookup ID, and click the Red X above to Delete the field. 
  2. In the left column, select Sales Orders. From the middle column, drag ZIP to Results fields to display.
  3. In the left column, select Sales Order Item. From the middle column, drag Quantity into Results fields to display.
  4. In the left column, expand Sales Order Item, expand Sales Order Item ticket. From the middle column, drag Price Type Code into Results fields to display.

Save your query:
  1. Click Set save options tab
  2. Name your query
  3. Save and Close
