An error occurred before executing the process 'Email Send Business Process' : The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized when attempting to send email receipts.

Users may encounter the following error on the Email Send Business Process when attempting to send receipts via email : "An error occurred before executing the process 'Email Send Business Process' : The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized".
Navigate to Administration > Email Services > Email Services Configuration (under tasks) > Edit Email Services External Server Settings > Verify that the credentials entered are valid. If the 401 error continues, re-enter the credentials and test again.
