The reason the account appears deleted is due to a software Bug which has already been resolved - what was occurring to users with an account on grantrequest.com was that, when signing up on portal.blackbaudoutcomes.com, there was an extremely small chance that their account would be deleted.

The accounts can be restored with assistance from Blackbaud Customer Support and we can further reassure that this issue will not reoccur moving forward. Be aware that the occurrence of this issue is extremely rare as only three reports of this behavior came our way before the Bug was fixed.
