Credit card transactions freeze daily sales

When completing credit card transactions in daily sales a loading bar appears after swiping the card and clicking Save
Please Chat with Support with the following information:   
  • Exact steps to duplicate
  • Specific Order numbers affected
  • User names affected
  • Specific Time and date this occurred

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to daily sales
2. Add ticket or membership to the cart
3. Click Credit
4. Swipe card
5. Click Save 

Actual Results: Load bar appears
Expected Results: Credit card is charged and added to transaction
