FE NXT Bank feeds or Credit Card feeds are not downloading new transactions

You may notice that transactions are intermittently not downloading in Bank feeds or Credit Card feeds
Clear the browser cache, cookies, and temporary Internet files and try to refresh the bank account transactions.

If the transactions do not refresh, click Chat with Support, reference this article, and provide the following information so we can assist you:   
  • The tenant ID for NXT web view, which is located in the URL web address in the web view of FE NXT.
  • A few examples of transactions that aren't being downloaded and which cards they pertain to

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into FE NXT, Treasury>Bank Accounts
  2. Click on three dots beside the affected bank account and select open register
  3. Click the 'Refresh' link listed under Online Balance at the top right.
  4. No new entries are pulled down

Or for Credit Card Feeds:
  1. Log into FE NXT > Payables > Credit Card Activity
  2. Click Refresh link to the left
  3. No new transactions are pulled down
