FE NXT Bank feeds not downloading transactions

You may notice that transactions are intermittently not downloading in Bank feeds
Clear the browser cache, cookies, and temporary Internet files and try to refresh the bank account transactions.

If the transactions do not refresh, click Chat with Support, reference this article, and provide the following information so we can assist you:   

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into FE NXT, Treasury>Bank Accounts
  2. Click on three dots beside the affected bank account and select open register
  3. Click the 'Refresh' link listed under Online Balance at the top right.
