Using the Address Processing Options fields in a constituent query causes performance issues

When using the Address Processing Options field in a constituent ad-hoc query, you might notice that saving the query as a selection or refreshing the selection takes well over an hour to complete.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1) Go to Analysis > Information library > Add a Constituent ad-hoc query
2) Use Address Processing Options\Addresses fields in the query filters
3) Go to the Set save options tab > Save as a static query
4) Notice that it takes a significant period of time to save.
5) Refresh the selection as part of a queue and notice that it takes roughly the same period of time to refresh.
6) Export the query and notice that it takes roughly the same period of time as well.
