You'll want to create a scheduled program. This way, the room can be reserved, the meeting will show up on the organizational calendar and you can schedule individual meetings as needed. 
  1. Go to Events
  2. Select Add new > Scheduled Program
  3. Name your program (eg. Organization Meetings, Board Meetings)
  4. Under Prices add a price. There doesn't need to be a dollar amount associated with the price, but a price type will need to be added to create an event. 
  5. Click Save
  6. Click the Event List tab
  7. Click Add
  8. Enter your meeting date, location and time
  9. Click Save
