​Check the following options to make sure the passes are being applied properly. 
  1. Ensure the amount of guest passes being redeemed is less than the amount of tickets in the cart
    • If there are three tickets in the cart, only up to three guest passes will be available for use
  2. If there are more than one ticket type in the cart, you will need to redeem passes for each type.
    1. Highlight your price type User-added image
    2. Click Apply pass            User-added image
    3. Under Use today specify the amount of tickets in that price typeUser-added image
    4. Click save
    5. Repeat steps 1-4 for each price type
