1. Confirm the Template for the message includes a subject
    1. Navigate to Email>Template
    2. Click the pencil icon next to the Template which was selected for your email message
      • Note: after clicking the pencil icon, click the Messages tab to confirm your message is listed here, confirming you're editing the correct Template
    3. Enter a Subject:
      1. If a subject is missing, type the subject
      2. If a subject is not missing, clicking within the Subject Line, press "ctrl" and "a" on your keyboard, then press the delete key or backspace key on your keyboard, then retype your subject
    4. Click Save
  2. Reenter the Subject on the email message
    1. Navigate to Email>Messages
    2. Click the pencil icon next to the message you want to edit
    3. Press "ctrl" and "a" on your keyboard
    4. Press the delete key or backspace key on your keyboard
    5. Retype your subject
    6. Click Save
Note: you must completely erase the subject line and retype it from scratch. Do not copy and paste the subject line as the behavior may recur. This may need to be repeated for any messages exhibiting the behavior.
