Adding end date to active constituency does not remove active marker on the constituent record

When adding an end date to a active constituency on a constituent record it still shows as 'active' on the datalist.
The Active checkbox on the constituent record indicates if the code itself is actually active or not. If you have a constituency code that is marked as inactive( under configuration>constituencies), it will show up on the constituent record without a active check.

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate

1. Search and select a constituent record
2. Go to the Personal info tab and Constituencies sub-tab
3. For the Constituencies page section click the Add button
4. Choose 'Volunteer' and enter a 'date from' and 'date to' that's in the past e.g. 21/01/2017 to 25/07/2017

Notice the 'Active' tick is still displayed on the datalist row.
