When we edit the Contact Details in the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal we must click Save after making changes. A user editing this information may find that they are unable to save.
If the Save button is grayed out, it indicates one of the required fields has not been filled in. We can scroll up to make sure Country, Phone, Email, Website, and the Statement descriptors for Name, Phone number, and Email each have a value entered. These fields all have a red asterisk to note they are required.
