Error: Required Field Missing: Phone Type - when processing Online Express event transactions from Organizations using Bill Me Later pay method

When processing event transactions in Online Express that use Bill Me Later as the pay method, the following errormay occur for Organization registrants:

Required field missing: Phone Type

This error occurs when there is not a phone type or email type configured in the OLX plugin.  Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the OLX plugin
2. Click Account>Integration Options>Email mapping
3. Ensure that they have a phone type selected in the "First email type" drop-down
4. Select Phone mapping
5. Select a phone type from the "Primary phone type" drop-down
6. Click OK
7. Try processing the transaction again
