- Log in to NetCommunity
- Click on Administration > Sites & Settings
- Click Save
If the test message sends successfully, then acknowledgement emails should start sending successfully.
If the test message results in an exception, gather the details of the log via:
- Click the Status log button
- Click the Details link
- Note the Exception Error Message
- Copy/paste the error into Knowledgebase to search for specific instructions on that error
You may need to resend the failed acknowledgement emails.
