When querying on the Member constituency code, constituents who are in Lifetime or sustaining membership programs will not show up in the results. The Member constituency will not show up in the list of constituency codes on a constituent's record in query if they are Lifetime or Sustaining members.
Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue, its impact in the software, and the availability of an alternative solution. After careful consideration, we have determined that this issue will not be addressed currently in the Altru software. Product Development will be focusing development resources in other existing areas of the product, as well as new feature development.
Instead try adding the Membership program's name in the include records where section of your query similar to this:

Log on to database
Search for user and see they have the Member constituency listed as a Constituency at the top of their record.
Go to Analysis > Information Library
Click Add an Ad-hoc query and select Constituents query
On the far left box, click Constituencies
In the center box, drag Consittuency to Include Records Where
Set criteria to Member
