To edit another user's email address, you will need to have the following system roles in Altru: System Role Administrator and Prospect Research Manager.

Once you have these system roles, please follow the below steps to update the user's email:
  1. Navigate to Administration > Application Users
  2. If the user's status is Active: 
  3. If the user's status is Not Yet Invited or Invitation Sent:
    • Click the arrow beside the username > Click Send Invitation. Note: If Send Invitation is greyed out, please add at least one role to the user first. 
    • Enter an email Address and click Save
