Error when trying to log in to GIFTS Online: Error occurred requesting GO Sky capabilities

I'm trying to log in to GIFTS Online, and it's taking a very long time to load. It doesn't load and then an error message is thrown. The error message says:
An error occurred attempting to load GIFTS Online (dashboardstartup: Csla.DataPortalException: One or more errors occurred.

I've tried closing my browser and logging in again but I still receive the error.
Blackbaud is aware of this issue and is currently investigating its cause as a critical escalation.
