Communication preference filters do not save in constituent lists

When saving a constituent list with a communication preference filter, users may experience the list not having the filter when the list has been saved and reopened.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into RE NXT with a username with access to Lists
2. Click Lists>Constituent
3. Click the "+" icon
4. Click Build a new lisit
5. Click the fiilter icon
6. Select Marketing>Include>Preference or Marketing>Exclude>Preference
7.  Select a solicit code
8. Click Select
9. Click Apply filters
10. Click Save>As a new list
11. Type a name for the list
12. Select your desired option regarding who can access the list
13. Click Save
14. Close the list
15. Click the "+" icon
16. Click Open a saved list
17. Select the list closed in Step 14
18. Click Open
19. Notice that the filter isn't saved
