When entering revenue through a membership dues batch, you may receive the error message: BBERR_ADDRESS_DUPLICATENOTALLOWED
This was identified as an issue with converted data. Possible workaround would be to add a new constituent and merge the problem record with this new one. If you experience this issue, please chat with support and reference this article.
Steps to Duplicate
Go to Administration>Batch>Batch Entry
Under the Uncommitted Batch tab, find the affected batch, click the arrows next to it, and click Edit.
Click the red X and see the error. You could also try to commit this batch and receive the error. Last I checked, she had tried 15 times to commit it.
