When a partial refund is done before running a sync, TeamRaiser registrations do not sync and do not throw a Queue Problem Management error. This issue was resolved in the September 2017 release of the RELO plugin and web services. Previously, the RELO Plugin rejected all refund transactions coming from Luminate Online. Now, when processing TeamRaiser registrations, partial refunds are handled by taking the transaction with the latest valid amount. Please update to the latest plugin and web service version to resolve this issue.

NOTE: Full refunds should continue to be handled manually. If a refund is processed in Luminate Online after the original transaction was processed in the RELO plugin, the process will still reject it (as a duplicate), so that must be handled manually also.
