I cannot send multiple emails from Personal Fundraiser. When a user is logged into their Fundraising Center (for Personal Fundraiser) and using the Emails feature, there is a feature to log into popular email platforms to import email addresses. However when adding multiple emails (whether from the built-in address book or importing from other email services), they import in with commas between the addresses. But the email won't send because it says to separate using an semicolon (";"). How can I send out emails if they are adding incorrectly?
The following error may occur if multiple emails are separated by commas instead of semicolons: To Addresses: This field must contain a valid set of email addresses
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Note: Emailing is still functional. However, a list of multiple addresses will require manual edits to replace commas with semicolons that separate email addresses.
Steps to Duplicate
Go to a Fundraiser link.
Click on Login in the left menu.
Log into the event.
Click on Emails in the left menu.
Add at least two emails (either from the address book or via one of the online services). They'll list with commas between them.
Enter a subject and email contents.
Error occurs: To Addresses: This field must contain a valid set of email addresses
