If you are receiving error messages when creating new records or attempting to open existing records, we can advise that this issue is being looked into presently by our internal teams and we hope to have an update for our clients shortly on the progress of this investigation.

In the meantime, we encourage users to log out and back into their GIFTS Online site in an effort to bypass the errors and move forward with their work. We also ask that you provide us the Bug ID number from the error screen in order to help us troubleshoot.
