The preview amount for my ask ladder is different than the ask amount in my appeal

I used a fixed type of ask in my ask ladder and in my preview, it showed the amount I wanted but when I ran an appeal it showed a different amount. I used the roundup for my fixed type of ask and the preview did not round it up.
