I just ran an appeal mailing where I had checked the option of creating a selection from my results. I am having trouble viewing that selection.
When viewing a selection within Marketing and Communications, I receive the message, "The selection cannot be displayed because it was not created by an ad-hoc or smart query."
To open your selection from an appeal, navigate to Analysis> View Selections.
Note: If the selection processed 0 results you will not be able to open the selection. Also, when saving your appeal as a selection make sure to remember to note the name of the selection as well as if you've selected to overwrite the existing selection.
