In BBIS, trying to view list, an error is received "There was a problem loading this list.  please see the status details below

Error refreshing list. [system. applicationexception: error fetching records (dosearch())):the remote name could not be resolved:  'xxxxxx.xxx
 
BBIS is having an issue connecting to your CRM application server - denoted by error connecting with xxx.xxxx.xxx.  
While remotely connected to one of the BBIS web servers, go to the root of Netcommunity virtual directory in IIS manager, and browse the “Configuration.aspx” page.
This will load a web page where the configuration settings are and allow you to see the current integration settings between BBIS and CRM.  
Update them accordingly by changing any URLs that do not have the correct domain names therein.
 

Steps to Duplicate

1. In BBIS navigate to Click Email
2. Click Lists
3. Click to edit the list
4. Notice Error
