This message indicates an issue completing the transaction by the Secure Payment page and may indicate a number of possible issues. For security purposes, additional information cannot be provided to the end user. Most typically this will appear when a merchant account is misconfigured or an IP address has been blacklisted.
When this happens, you should login to the portal provided by your Merchant Account/Gateway provider and determine if there is a record of the charge. If there is, additional info about the nature of the failure may be able within the portal. This is also a chance to check the settings on your merchant account and make sure no recent configuration changes may have occurred that could be contributing.
If there is no record of the charge, contact Blackbaud support for further evaluation.
