Conditional Content Disappeared from BBIS email

Conditional Content Disappeared from BBIS email after several successful sends the content stops appearing from the email. 
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Login to BBIS.
2. Click email.
3. Click the messages.
4. Click the new message button.
5. select any template, and click ok.
6. file out the required fields to send the email.
7. Click the insert button.
8. Select conditional content.
9. Name the block.
10. click Add condition, and add content.
11. click okay.
12. Send email. Content is received and still there.
13. Come back the next day, review the message and see the content has disappeared.
