In order to show these constituents as secondary members we can purchase a data service to add these secondary members on to the membership or we can build a query to identify primary members who were issued more than one membership card by the conversion.

Option 1: Purchase data Service. If you are interested in this option, please chat with Support or contact your Account Executive for additional information on the pricing.

Option 2: Build a query to identify records that were added by the conversion where the primary member has been issued more than 1 membership card.
  1. Start your Query
    1. From Analysis, Click Information Library
    2. Click Add an Ad-hoc query
    3. Choose the source view of Memberships

  6. Use your Selection in a New query so that you can browse to each record and add the additional Members to the membership. The reason we need to use our original query as a selection is because when a field is summarized in Results fields to display we lose the ability to browse to each constituent record for easy access to update their information
    1. Start your Query
      1. From Analysis, Click Information Library
      2. Click Add an Ad-hoc query
      3. Choose the source view of Memberships
    2. Add fields to Include records where to indicate that we would like to look at all records in a selection
      1. In the Column on the left expand the Selections Folder, In the middle drag the name of the query you created above to Include records where and set equal to yes
    3. Browse to each record to update the missing member on the membership record
      1. From the Preview Results Tab, Click Browse
