All users unable to log into environment

After making a change to a non-production environment, all users with credentials specific to the environment are unable to login. Some administrators may be able to use their Production credentials to login to the non-production environment.
If you are hosted, create a Support case describing the issue. Suggest that the Hosting team may need to rerun all the OU configuration tasks to refresh the connection, and re-add all of your organization's OU accounts.

If you are self-hosted, rerun all the OU configuration tasks to refresh the connection, and re-add all of your organization's OU accounts.

Steps to Duplicate

1) Access non-production environment
2) Use credentials to this environment to login
3) See error about invalid username or password
4) (Optional) Have a user who is a System Administrator in Production use his/her Production credentials to successfully login
