Registrant doesn't show on the registrants tab of an Event

When a patron is registered for a preregistered program as a host and a registrant you may notice that their name doesn't show on the registrants tab of the program event. The registrant will also not show on the preregistered program roster report even though they are registered for the program event

Steps to Duplicate

Search for the Program and go to the Registrants tab
  1. Click Tickets > Program Search
  2. Search for and select the program
  3. Click on the Event List tab > click on the name of the program event
  4. Click on the Registrants tab
  5. Search the registrants tab and notice that the patron is not there
Create a query to show that the constituent is a registrant
  1. Click Analysis > information library > add an ad hoc query
  2. Select the sales orders source view
  3. Under browse for fields in expand Sales Order Item > then expand Sales Order Item Ticket 
  4. Click Program Events > Drag Event record from the middle column to the include records where section > search for and select the event
  5. Under browse for fields in expand sales order item ticket registration > Click registrant
  6. Drag Host name from the middle column to the results fields to display section
  7. Drag name from the middle column to the results fields to display section
  8. Click Preview results
  9. Notice that the patron shows in the results as a host and a registrant
