Start your query:
  1. Navigate to Analysis, then click on Information library
  2. Click Add an ad-hoc query.
  3. Select the source view of Constituents and click Ok.
Add fields to Include records where: 
  1. From the left column, expand Invitee > click Event.  
  2. In the middle column, click on Event Record and move this to Include Records Where. Set the criteria equal to the special event.
  3. From the left column, click Invitee. In the middle, click Status and move this to Include Records Where. Set the criteria Equal to Invited with no Response

Add fields to Results fields to display: 
  1. For Invitee name: From the left column, select Constituent. In the middle drag Name to Results fields to display.
  2. Go to the Set Save options tab, name and save the query.
