When adding a patron within another constituent's record, the only field that is not listed is marital status, so that after you enter the new constituent, you have to go and add just that data separately. Is there a way to do it all at once?
The add individual form that displays when adding an individual within another constituent's record only contains a small subset of the fields from the main add individual form.
Instead, after you add the constituent, you will need to open the new constituent record, go to the Personal Information tab > Personal subtab, click Edit and select their marital status, then click Save.
Steps to Duplicate
Open an existing constituent.
Go to the Relationships tab and click Add individual.
In the Add a relationship screen, click the new button to add a new related individual.
Note there is no marital status field/drop-down.
Go to Constituents section of Altru.
Click Add New Individual. See there is a marital status drop-down here.
