Sales Orders show as two lines on the Revenue History tab of a constituent record

Two applications show for each point of sale donation on the Revenue History tab of a constituent record. It can look like a constituent was charged twice. 
This is because there are two sides to every POS transaction, an order and a payment. If this view is confusing, you can choose to group the transactions differently: 
  1. Click Revenue tab > Click Revenue History tab
  2. Choose Commitment from the Group By dropdown field
  3. Click Apply
  4. See that the transaction will be grouped together with separate lines to make this easier to review. There are arrows here that can be collapsed to only show one line for each transaction.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Open the constituent record > Click Revenue tab > Click Revenue History tab
  2. See 2 lines Payment & Order for the same transaction.
