I had a group sale that wanted to change their visit date so I cancelled their visit and there was a payment to the account. I refunded the payment so that I could repost under the new date but the cancelled reservation is showing an amount due now. I want to show the balance as zero but I cannot make changes to the cancelled reservation. How can I change the status or fix this issue?
Once a group sale reservation is cancelled, we cannot remove items from the itinerary to reduce the balance to zero. exact functionality is not something that Altru can currently do.
