Group sales Order Balance report does not list resource names

When you add a resource that has a charge to the itinerary, the resource category shows on the Order Balance Report instead of the resource name.
At the top of the report, select Resource Name from the dropdown instead of Resource Category.  Then click View Report.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create a Group Sales Reservation and add an Itinerary
2. Select the Resources tab and add a Resource with an associated Charge
3. Go back into the Reservation and select the Order balance report under Tasks on the left hand menu.
4. Select View report and note that the Resource Category shows instead of the Resource name
