links in image maps in email/email templates are not registering clicks in the Click Report

When a click map is included in the source code of an email/email template, one may notice the links that have been mapped do not register clicks.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1.   In BBIS, navigate to Email > Messages.
2.   Click New Message. Select the Template in question and click OK.
3.   On the new message page, click View > Source code and ensure there is a click map in place for any links you wish to track in the message. Click Cancel.
4.   Select a Recipient list (preferably one that includes an email for yourself), name the email, enter a Subject, enter a From address, enter a From name, and select an Appeal.
5.   Click Send final.
6.   Upon receipt of the email, click all available links in the email.
7.   Return to the message in BBIS and click the View report button > Additional information. Select the Click Report tab. See that the mapped links have no registered clicks.
