When inserting a new Addressee/Salutation in Config, after setting up the record and selecting save and close, an error message stating "Required Field Missing" appears, then when you click OK, the new record saves at the bottom of the list.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to Config > Addressee/Salutations 2. Highlight any current record that exists 3. Click on Insert 4. On the first line, add any field 5. Click Save and Close 6. Error message appears, click OK 7. Record saves at the bottom of the list
