When we schedule a birthday party using group sales we add a custom item in order to add the the location. Once we reserve the location using the custom item, we want the location to show on the event calendar for all to see. Currently we cannot see the group sales item anywhere but on the group sales calendar and the organizational calendar and the location is not seen anywhere.
Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue and determined at this time it is functioning as expected. We can utilize our feedback process to request a change to this functionality by submitting an idea through the community for future development.
