Start dates are not populating when adding new contact records through webforms

We have a web form created for online transactions. When new records are created the address, phone and email  record creation date (start date) are not generated. Is there a way to automatically populate this information with the date the record is created?
While the Start Date field itself is blank, Altru does add a note for when the address, phone or email was created.
Default start date of address

To see this information on the constituent record,
  1. Go to Constituents > Constituent Search.
  2. Search for and select your constituent.
  3. Go to the Contact tab.
  4. Under Addresses, click on the address and click Edit.
  5. Next to the start date field, see the note for when the address was created.
  6. You can also manually enter in this date into the start date field and click Save, if you choose.
To see this information in query,
  1. Go to Analysis > Information Library.  Click Add an ad-hoc query.  Select the source view of Constituents and click Ok.
  2. For the date the address was created,on the left column, click Addresses.
  3. In the middle column, under System Fields, select Date added and move this field to Results Fields to Display.
  4. For the date the phone number was created,on the left column, click Phones.

  6. For the date the email address was created,on the left column, click Email Addresses.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. On a donation web form (for example), add a donation amount.
  2. Enter the personal information of a constituent that is not already in the database.  Fill out the phone number, email, and address.
  3. Fill in the payment information and check out on the webform.
  4. In Altru, search for that constituent record.
  5. Select the contact tab, click Edit next to phone number, address, or email address.
  6. See that the Start Date field is blank.
